The recording of the game online will be possible

The ministry of Forests, Fauna and Parks (MFFP) is to allow online registration of wild turkeys that will be taken as of the opening of the season, this Friday. It will be the same for the hunters of black bears, which period will begin on the 15th of may at several locations, as well as for the trappers.

In order to facilitate reporting of catches to people who do not have access to one of the stations recording legally open due to measures to limit the spread of the COVID-19, hunters will be able to download an application form available online (mffp.govt.qc.ca/la-faune/stations-registration/).

They will do so within 48 hours following the release of the hunting place, or within 15 days for a bear caught in a trap.

If you do not have access to an internet connection, be aware that you will be able to proceed with registration, by phone at 1 877 346-6763, during the opening hours of the customer service of the MFFP. Note that hunters will not have any amount to pay for these two types of records.
