The restaurant on the golf course of the former player of the Quebec Nordiques, Marian Stastny, will resume life, to Lévis. The establishment, called the Bistro the 3 Brothers will open its doors Friday. The investment reaches 200 000 $.
The new directorate is a tenant of the premises. She would like to stick to it, respecting the sanitary measures, the thematic evenings with comedians. The objective is that the restaurant is open year-round.
The owners of the Bistro, the 3 Brothers are Eric Nittolo, Steve Blouin, who has led the bar to The Barracks 40 in the district of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, and the promoter Samuel Gourd.
The restaurant will seat up to forty people inside and the same number on the terrace. There will also be a lounge space.
Mr. Gourde mentions that the gins quebecers will be put forward. A catering service will be offered as well as the delivery of food. A dozen employees have been hired. The restaurant will be open Wednesday to Sunday for golfers, but also for people from the outside.
In recent years, the golf of Mr. Stastny and his hotel have been the subject of ink in the media for various reasons. The management is looking to sell the site for several years.

The hotel is currently closed.
