The SCO summit: the talks will be the Bishkek Declaration

In Bishkek hosts summit of heads of state of the Shanghai cooperation organization (SCO). It includes eight countries and almost as many observers and dialogue partners, the correspondent of “MIR 24” Jazgul Karimov.

The leaders completed the talks in narrow format. Participated in them only included in SCO countries, they are now eight. This Is India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan.

Traditionally, this part takes place without the participation of the media. On the agenda – about 10 points. Leaders talk about security in the region, particularly combating terrorism and separatism. Special attention will be paid to cooperation of the SCO and Afghanistan. Countries will work together to help rebuild the country. Further, the leaders must approve the plan for implementation of anti-drug strategy until 2020.

Now the heads of state move on to a discussion of the summit in expanded format.

The outcome of these negotiations will be the Bishkek Declaration.

The heads of state at the summit hold bilateral meetings. The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sooronbai Jeenbekov discussed it with colleagues from Russia and Uzbekistan Vladimir Putin and Shavkat Mirzieev. With the leader of China XI Jinping signed agreements worth $ 7.5 billion.
