The Ottawa Senators have announced the hiring of Anthony LeBlanc as president of commercial operations of the club, Monday.

The native of Baie-Comeau and resident of the federal capital will not be her first experience with a team of the national hockey League (NHL). In fact, he was the chief executive officer, co-owner and alternate governor of the Coyotes of Arizona from 2013 to 2017.

“I am very excited by this appointment to the position of president of commercial operations at the Senators,” said LeBlanc in a press release published on the website of his new training.

“Since his return in the league, I’m a supporter fan club and this opportunity represents really an honor for me,” he added.
