QUEBEC | The shops are allowed to open their door during the pandemic will be able to re-accommodate customers on Sunday from 24 may, announced the government of Quebec, Monday.

When they have the right to open the Sunday, the shops will not be able to extend their opening hours the other days of the week, said the ministry of the Economy by press release.
During the pandemic, some stores had taken the habit to remain open longer Monday to Saturday, in order to compensate for the closure of compulsory Sunday.
The ministry of the Economy also recalled that retail outlets that do not have a door to the outside remain completely closed until further notice.
