However, nothing is indicated to justify this decision. Joined by phone, the director Frédérique Gaudet did not wish to say more. Attraction, a major player in the Canadian media industry and owner of Slingshot, did not respond to “24 Hours” requests either.
The Slingshot's goal was to connect advertisers and businesses of all kinds with content creators to create personalized marketing campaigns and increase creators' income. Adamo Marinacci, Marie Gagné, Élie Pilon, Rosalie Lessard, Lysandre Nadeau and Fred Bastien were some of the content creators represented.
