The Turkish government has reduced duties on import of Ukrainian agricultural products

The government of the Turkish Republic decided to reduce duties on imports from Ukraine of the cattle – up to 26%, of carcasses of cattle – 40%, wheat up 45%, barley – up to 35%, maize – up to 25%, according to the Ministry of agrarian policy and food.

According to the report, the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkey has also decided to apply zero rates on imports from Ukraine of cattle within the tariff quota of 500 thousand heads, sheep and goats – 475 thousand heads of beef – 75 thousand tons, reports Rus.Media.

“Interested Ukrainian companies and companies in the export of the product concerned of the Turkish Republic in case of need can contact the Embassy of Ukraine in Turkey. The Embassy is ready to support and facilitate the establishment of contacts and networking with local relevant agencies in the jurisdiction,” – noted in the Ministry of agriculture.
