Ukraine has estimated the damage returned to the ships-violators

According to him, because of the current technical condition of the ships and weapons you can’t use them as intended.

According to the Ukrainian side, almost all the weapons on the ships is either missing or stripped, dismantled, navigation equipment, communications equipment, personal weapons and ammunition.

“Even toilet pumps, the drainage system in the toilet tanks, the individual elements of the fecal system, water heaters, most ceiling, sockets and lamps were dismantled,” — said the diplomat.

Lossowski noted that the exact amount of damage can be determined only after the completion of a comprehensive investigation.

Russia claims that Ukraine has transferred ships for the inventory. In the act of acceptance stated that the ships withdrew only ammunition and personal weapons, Russian investigators returned even standard weapons. In addition to repair, during the stay in the Crimea on the Ukrainian ships cleaned the bathrooms, changed the blinds in the bathroom and even washed the clothes of the Ukrainian sailors.

Two boats of naval forces of Ukraine “Berdyansk” and “Nikopol” and the tug “Yana Kapu” was returned to Kiev on November 18. After that, the Ukrainian side has accused Russia that the ships are in terrible condition. The FSB, in turn, has provided a video which shows internal and external condition of the vessels at the time of their transfer to the Ukrainian military and the signing of acts of acceptance-transmission. The record shows that the ships are in proper condition, and their plumbing is OK.
