At the moment it is difficult to predict how much will decrease the number subsident after the reassignment of cash assistance in may.
Subsidies may lose to the Ukrainians with a relatively high income and those who made a purchase in the amount of 50 thousand hryvnias or accumulated debt, reports Rus.Media.
This was stated by the Deputy Minister of social policy Vitaly muzichenko.
This year in Ukraine created a unified registry subsidents that will allow to systematize the information gathered.
So, according to Muzychenko, to make the verification more quality care would be developed office of a bill on social inspectors, but at the moment he is still in the Parliament.
“Verification is carried out continuously. A set of measures to verify the accuracy of information. This information fiscal service and the Pension Fund. A single registry will help to organize the collected information,” says Vitaly Muzychenko.
It is noted that during the inspections subsident officials compare the information about the incomes and expenditures of Ukrainians from existing registries. For example, if you buy a car, land, flat or another property, the information will get to the register. And if the purchase cost in the amount of more than 50 thousand hryvnia, the calculation for the following season, the utility discount from such families will take. Another common violation is “shadow employment”. Officially a non-working Ukrainians in fact be employed.
In addition, without subsidies, can also remain Ukrainians, whose income allows to pay for utility services within the social norms. So, list of grants by may, when will be a discount for the non-heating season. And will be considered income for the second half of 2017. That is, given the higher wages and “modernized” pensions.
Muzychenko convinced that at present it is difficult to predict how much will decrease the number subsident after the reassignment of cash assistance in may.
Recall that subsidies will accrue anew. The government intends before the next heating season to solve the problem of creation of special Bank accounts for the transfer of subsidies for housing and communal services, so that from these accounts to pay for utilities.
