WASHINGTON | The coronavirus has made 1450 deaths in the United States over the past 24 hours, announced on Sunday the Johns Hopkins University, a figure that is stable compared to the previous day, which bears the balance sheet total in the u.s. to more than 67 600 deaths.
Sunday, at 20: 30, the University based in Baltimore, and of which the count refers to had recorded more than 1.15 million cases of infection to the COVID-19 and 67 674 deaths.
The United States is by far the country that has the largest number of deaths due to the pandemic.
The figures announced Sunday evening by the Johns Hopkins University, are stable in relation to Saturday, a day on which 1453 deaths had been reported, with a peak of 2502 died on Wednesday.
The epicenter of the epidemic in the united states is located in New York, where nearly 19 000 people have succumbed to the disease.
