After having refused for several weeks, Quebec has changed its stance and now recommends wearing a mask in public places. The public health Directorate of Quebec do so too, in several countries, which make it a suggestion, or even an obligation. Some governments impose the same fines on the recalcitrant. Here is an overview of the use of masks in twenty different countries.

Port mandatory throughout the country


The port is obligatory for all, since the 6 April. The government has ordered more than $ 15 million masks.


Since 7 April, the country requires citizens who have the right to get out of their confinement to wear a mask.


Wearing a mask is compulsory for all since the end of march. The Czech government does not provide masks and suggests to its citizens to make them at home.

Port mandatory in some cities or States


Berlin announces that from 27 April, wearing a mask in public transportation will be mandatory in the capital. A majority of the regional States, the German will also make the mask mandatory in all public spaces as early as next week.
