The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has signed the law No. 1009, which allows the NEB and the RRT to listen to officials and deputies.
Relevant information appeared October 15 on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
The law provides for the right of NABOO and RRT, along with Nicolicea, to remove the information from transport telecommunication networks. In addition, the NEB will now be able to include undercover agents.
Another provision of the law No. 1009 is the abolition of “edits Lozovoy”, which established the terms of the investigation up to 6 months for particularly serious crimes.
Reminder: the law No. 1009 was passed by Parliament on 4 October.
