Zelensky is seeking the dismissal of Lutsenko from the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine

The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky intends to dismiss the General Prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko. The corresponding representation he has made to the Verkhovna Rada, reports “Interfax”.

“Signed the submission on the dismissal of the Prosecutor General of Lutsenko”, – said the Deputy head of the presidential administration, Ruslan Ryaboshapka at a briefing in Kiev. According to him, the document on the dismissal of Lutsenko is transferred to Parliament.

As explained Ryaboshapka, according to the law, the public Prosecutor can only be a person who has a legal education, he also should have experience in the field of law, as the procedural functions.

Before Lutsenko declared that will not leave his post until the formation of the new Parliament.
